Special
Requirements: In order to be sure that we can make the
necessary provisions for the needs of all of our guests, we need to know about any
special requirements you may
have that would not be typical of every guest. Examples of
"special requirements" could include : "severe allergy
to cats" (note: we have cats), or "must have private bathroom"
(note: we
have rooms with both shared and private baths), etc. We can inform
you whether or not we can provide for the special conditions you may require
only if
we know of them in advance. No refunds will be given for
cancellations due to special requirements not specified at the time of
making your reservation.
Minimum Stay: We are able to accommodate some requests for one night stays,
but we will usually accept only requests for two nights or more on
weekends and other busy times or when scheduling of longer requests
is likely to be adversely affected.
Reservation and cancellation policy:
Full payment due on reservation
Refundable, LESS 50%, up to 30 days in advance
Check in time: 4 to 6 pm ( other times by
arrangement ).
Check out time: 11 am.
