The Comox Valley: So Much to Do and See

There are eight golf courses in the Comox Valley, most open year round, the closest being Crown Isle Golf Resort, a five minute drive away. Mt. Washington Alpine Resort offers skiing and snowboarding in the winter months and access to great alpine hiking through Strathcona Provincial Park in the summer. The Comox Valley has a thriving arts and cultural life with many festivals and events such as the Island Music Fest and the Filberg Arts and Crafts Festival.

Central Location on Vancouver Island

The Comox Valley is the mid-Island gateway to Vancouver Island. Air connections from Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Puerto Villarta, Mexico can be made through the Comox Valley Regional Airport, a six minute drive from our Comox B&B. The Comox ferry terminal, BC Ferries' access point to Vancouver Island from Powell River on the BC Sunshine Coast, is within walking distance. The Comox Valley's central location puts all of Vancouver Island within an easy day's drive.
